The driving school is located at Godsbanen. Close to Kennedy Arkaden and the train
station making it easy to get to the driving school, whether by train, bus, car or by bycicle. The drive school is located directly opposite the Police station, next to
Rema 1000.

Driving license for passenger car category B (for you who need a driver's licens for the first time.
Recovery of driving licenses and speciel driving instruction. (for you to try again)
Driving courses that takes place in your own car on a closed course with instructor.

THE DRIVING INSTRUCTORS AT 1GEAR
My name is Morten Jørsfeldt.
I have 12 years of experience as a driving instructor in Aalborg. I started the driving school 1gear in 2017. My experience enables me to diffrentiate my teaching to suit the individual student. The pupil is thus in focus - both in theory room and in the car. I am calm and patient, and have a serious but humorous approach to my work. I teach in both danish and english.
My name is Allan Hjort.
I have many years of experience as a driving instructor here in Aalborg, both in the theory room and in the car as well as at the training yard and various driving technical courses. Since no two students are alike, I have taken various courses on different diagnoses, such as ADHD, autism, OCD, stress, anxiety, etc. Most important of all is that you as a student can follow you safely in the various traffic situations, in order to become a skilled and safe driver. I possess a great deal of patience, a good mood and the ability to find the right solutions so we get safely to the finish line with your driver's license.
THE CARS - FORD FOCUS ST.
The car in the driving school is a Ford Focus ST.. Its a perfect medium sized car that fits most. It's easy to drive easy to park, and it's safe to drive around the road.
THE CAR - TESLA MODEL 3
Here is our new school bus for automatic gear driving. For those students who do not want to drive manual gear, routine hours or recovery. A car that is much easier to learn to drive in if you have challenges with manual operation.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you start your license, you start in a theory class.
At 1gear.dk the theory is on Mondays at 19.30. As soon as you have completed the training track driving on the road is commenced, i.e. the theoretical teaching must be tested i practice. Teaching includes both day and night driving. And driving in the city, outside city and motorway.
Driving lessons are arranged in agreement with you and we pick you up at school, your work or where it suits you best.
Teaching can start at the earliest 3 months before you reach the age of 17.
